Following yesterday’s release of the first independent poll showing the race a tie, another national election forecaster, Sabato’s Crystal Ball, has joined several other forecasters in upgrading state senator Billie Sutton’s odds of winning the South Dakota governor’s race. Sutton’s growing momentum has resulted in an upward rating shift to Toss Up.
